How far in advance should we book?
For corporate events, we recommend booking eight weeks in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts. Headshots and smaller sessions can often be scheduled sooner, depending on availability. Call today to check availability and reserve your date.
Do you offer both photo and video?
Yes — we provide full photo and video coverage for events, headshots, product shoots, and corporate branding projects.
Do you travel outside of Phoenix, AZ?
Absolutely. We regularly travel to Las Vegas, San Diego, Palm Springs, and Los Angeles. Beyond that, we also travel to many locations throughout the U.S.
How fast do we receive our photos?
Standard turnaround is within five business days for photos and 7–10 days for video edits. Rush delivery is available.
Do you provide retouching?
Yes — all headshots include professional retouching. Event photos receive clean, natural color correction and exposure balancing.
Can you help with corporate branding?
Definitely. We create consistent, on‑brand visuals for websites, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
What happens if our event runs longer?
No worries! If your event goes long, we can stay on‑site and continue coverage at an hourly rate, upon your approval.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes — we carry full business liability insurance and can provide a COI upon request.
